We are steeped in the authentic teachings of Yoga promoting unity, compassion, kindness and a love of life through the concept of the Ripple Effect. We are all pebbles in the sea of humanity and we change the world by changing ourselves. And this beautiful change from within motivates, enables and inspires others to do the same, creating a beautiful and uplifting Ripple Effect in the sea of life. Sarvesh, the owner of the studio and your personal guide, studied in India at a famous yet little known ashram for 6 months in an intensive 2,000 hour teacher training program in addition to accumulating about 500 hours of training in the west. He has taught close to 3,000 classes and has been practicing Yoga for close to 10 years.

Our beautiful and stunning curriculum includes lesson types mapped out so that each student climbs their personal spiritual and practice ladder. In application lesson tracking and badges will be awarded as we progress along the way.
